On Saturday, 20th July 2024, the Local Workshop titled "Integration of Biodiversity in the Agriculture Sector – Case Study of Mount Namuli" was held in Gurué District, Zambézia Province, as part of the FARSYMABI Project.

Local Workshop: "Integration of Biodiversity in the Agriculture Sector – Case Study of Mount Namuli"

A workshop entitled "Mainstreaming Biodiversity into the agricultural sector in Mount Namuli – challenges and solutions" was held on July 4, 2023, in Gurué-Sede, Gurué District, Zambézia Province.

The workshops had three main objectives:
1. Identify the main opportunities, and problems/difficulties regarding biodiversity conservation, food security and poverty reduction in the Chipanje Chetu Community Conservation Area (ACCCC) and Mount Namuli.
2. Discuss solutions/actions to address the identified problems.
